BAYERN BREWING RETURN POLICY
|
|
It is our intention to make all of our customers happy with their purchases but we understand that, like the popular bumper sticker says, “Stuff Happens.” With each order shipped you will receive an Exchange Invoice. If there is a problem with any product you have purchased from us, simply return the item to Bayern Brewing, along with the Exchange Invoice, and we will ship you a new one or give you a refund for that item (a $5 restocking fee may apply).
Please follow these directions: - Fill out the return information on the Exchange Invoice
- Tell us the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund for that item
- Enclose the Exchange Invoice with the item(s)
- Return the item(s) in a securely wrapped package to the address on the invoice through USPS, FedEx or UPS.
NOTE: With each return order, Bayern Brewing will email an order confirmation and the approximate delivery date given to us by the shipping provider. If you receive a product that is damaged, or if you have ordered an item that is missing, please let us know via email or by phone within 72 hours of delivery. All exchanges, refunds and credits must be received within 30 days of the original invoice. Bayern Brewing will not accept responsibility for shipping costs unless it is our error.
