BAYERN BREWING SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will ship the following Monday after the order is received, providing the item(s) are in stock and with limited holiday weekend exceptions. All orders will be confirmed via Email. When an order is shipped, you will receive another confirmation as to an expected arrival date, most likely via Email but we may give you a call if there are questions about your order.
Our shipping policy does not apply to any Out of Stock items or Special Orders. These orders will need to be done via phone and, due to availability of these items, the purchase and shipping of these items will be on a case-by-case basis. We’ll do our best never to have any back order problems on items purchased through this site (or otherwise) but this will occur (rarely).
We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail in a “Flat Rate Box” unless you decide you want a different carrier. You, the customer, will pay whatever the actual shipping costs are unless you have purchased an item that is specified as eligible for free shipping. The reason we like to ship “Flat Rate” is that the cost to you is the same no matter how much your stuff weighs. Most times we can get multiple items in a single box and save you a buck or two. There is a $2.00 Handling Fee per order no matter how many items you decide to buy but we will try to save you money on shipping however we can and refund any extra shipping costs during processing if/when possible.
If you prefer to receive your items from FedEx or UPS, you will be billed whatever the actual cost of shipping is plus 5% of the total of your order ($5.00 per $100.00 ordered) for Handling Fees.
Montana has no sales tax!
All items are shipped from our brewery located in Missoula, Montana with the exception of tavern signs. Our tavern signs are drop-shipped via UPS directly from the manufacturer in Northwest Montana. The standard lead time for these items is 15 working days but most times our friends can get your signs to you a little quicker. If you live in the lower 48 states, your first sign will cost $12.50 to ship and $5.00 per additional sign to the same address and from the same order. In Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, the cost is $25.00 for the first sign and $6.50 each after that.
If you only have a P.O. Box, then we require a phone number where you can be reached.
International customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, tariffs, duties or similar fees assessed as the result of a purchase.
